Easter, Wedding and more....

It has been too long again since I have written anything but I am going to try very hard to post in here as often as I can. It really is a stress reliever for me to be able to come on here and vent or just talk about anything. I do not want to make it this a place where all I do is come and get my frustration out thought so I am hoping that I will have lots of good things to come post in here as well. I should considering that I am getting married in less than a year!!!!!!

Easter

Wow, we had a blast yesterday for Easter. We went out to Joshua and had a huge gathering of family and extended family. The guys spent the majority of the time shooting, a lot of us ladies worked on the cooking and just chatting, and the kids had fun running all over the place and even doing some shooting. Dinner was so good and the egg hunt, that was awesome. My first egg hunt with Chris's family was last year and one of their traditions is to have a golden egg and in the golden egg there is $20. This egg gets hidden in an unusual or very hard spot to find. Last year my beautiful  niece through a fit because she didn't find the egg so this year I decided to bring in a tradition that I had when I was little. We would have eggs that were numbered and those eggs had different amounts of money in them. We would have one special egg with our name on it. You could only pick up your own egg. If you found someone else's egg you would have to leave it along. This went great, no fits thrown for not finding the golden egg. Definitely gonna have to keep this one up.

Wedding

So I have bought my dress. It is completely paid for and sitting at my sister's house. I was so happy when I went and paid it off!! I will need to take it back to David's Bridal in January so I can get it fitted. Take it in if I need to just in case I have lost more weight/fat but definitely have to get the strap fixed for the halter part and get the bottom hemmed up.


On Saturday we went and looked at bridesmaid dresses and I picked two of them. My Maid of Honor is wearing the dress on the right and my other two Bridesmaids are wearing the dress on the left. We were looking at them having short dresses but we couldn't find one that we absolutely loved.  I wanted their dress to be a bit different than my Maid of Honor and that is why I am doing it this way. These are not the colors that they will be wearing. They will actually be in the color horizon (blue).

And here is the dress my flower girl is going to wear. She had such a blast trying on dresses and then dancing on the little stage they have there. LOL She is also going to be wearing the blue.

The dresses are bought for my two bridesmaids and my flower girl. My maid of honor has set a date at the end of June to go get her dress. She is wanting to lose some more weight before she orders cause they can only take a dress in two sizes.

Weight loss/Stress

So I haven't lost any more weight and I am bouncing between two numbers right now. I will gain a pound and then lose it. I know my weight will vary and that is why I am not stressing over it but it is frustrating. I am really scared I am going to put on all the weight I worked so hard to take off and I am worried because of how stressed I am here lately. No the wedding is not the cause of my stress. Let's just say that I have a couple of roommates because I am a good person and let them stay with us until they can get a job and get out on their own. Well I didn't realize that it would be so stressful and I am doing something I have never done before. I am becoming a stress eater. And when I eat due to stress I am eating lots of sugary things. But I have made a promise to myself that I am going to be very good an watch what I eat right now. I just hope that I can continue.
